ILTP Consulting have Project Managed Planning Applications throughout Ireland. ILTP are experienced and skilled in meeting with other Team members and managing the project to get the desired results for our clients. Throughout this work we have developed the experienced project leaders, skilled support staff and proven control systems that are essential for effective project management.
The principal application of ILTP’s Project Management services is in 'prime agency' commissions where we act directly for the client in planning, designing and executing the project. By integrating skilled design and effective management, we give the client total control over the direction of the project and ensure full client involvement in all key project decisions.
Our service is characterised by an emphasis on delivery, a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, robust planning and management processes, professionalism, and customer focus.
Our understanding of the design and construction process and our ability to bring relevant technical experience to a project, gives us the capacity to deliver cost-effective projects that meet client requirements both on time and within budget.
ILTP have been involved in the project management of 242 acres of lands in Moygaddy, Maynooth for our clients Moygaddy Park Developments. As project mangers ILTP have successfully co-ordinated the work of a team of highly skilled specialist consultants to bring about a successful planning application for a high grade office and research facility of 4,667sqm. The application also included upgrades to the R157 and CR571 regional roads.
ILTP are still involved in this project and has been representing and supporting our clients in representations and meetings with Meath County Council, Kildare County Council, Enterprose boards and Government departments.
Currently ILTP Consulting are projecting managing the Design of the Maynooth Outer Orbital Route (MOOR) which travels through Moygaddy Park Developments lands for Part VIII procedure for Meath County Council. The road is over 2km in length and includes a number of at grade junctions and river crossing structures. ILTP are carrying out the detailed design of this road with input from other engineering consultants on drainage, bridge design and flood assessments.

ILTP have also acted as project managers for the development of a large Neighbouring Centre on the N75 outside Thurles Tipperary on behalf of our clients Yeaghar Limited. The mixed use neighbourhood centre comprising retail units, office units, restaurant, wellness centre and thirteen two-storey houses.
ILTP acted as project managers, planning consultants and traffic and transport engineers for this project. The development was granted planning permission by An Bord Pleanala in April 2010.
